Philosophy
Understanding how your PHILOSOPHY and practice supports your delivery of the ALFs.
Your philosophy underpins everything you do at your service. It guides all your policies and practices.
When you have your A&R visit you will be judged about well these things are aligned. Do you feel confident that Educators know, understand and enact your centre philosophy?
This workshop will use small group activities, collaborative teamwork and critical reflection to answer the following questions:
-
Is your service philosophy relevant to our community?
-
Do your actions reflect your service philosophy?
-
How does your philosophy align with the NQF Guiding Principles?
-
How does your philosophy align with EYLF/QKLG/MTOP frameworks?
-
How can you gain input from children/families/community to support your philosophy?
